Role Details

Our Registration is now in Milton Keynes but the successful candidate can opt to be homebased if preferred.

As Registered Manager you are accountable for the operational, regulatory and financial performance of the region and you will develop and maintain effective relationships with carers, local authorities and other relevant agencies.   You should set exemplary standards of behaviour and performance, promoting the vision and values of Foster Care Associates, and work collaboratively with respect and integrity.  You will also ensure the region is “inspection ready” at all times and can achieve the highest possible outcome from inspection.

It comes with an attractive salary of £50k per annum depending on skills and experience with company car or car allowance + extensive benefits which includes a generous holiday allowance of up to 35 days annual leave in line with service, childcare vouchers and contributory pension scheme.  Relocation package would be considered and can be discussed at interview.
