Core Assets Childrens Services are looking for a Children & Family Support Worker to join the team.  Working in Halton, you will be supporting children with disabilities in a group setting, offering fun and enjoyable activities to support the promotion of their independence. Groups are delivered on a Saturdays, Wednesday evenings and school holidays.
